To ensure that you have a smooth and convenient experience when managing these important matters, we recommend that you plan all your appointments for these services on your scheduled day off. By doing so, you can minimize disruptions to your academic commitments and reduce any potential stress associated with missing classes or coursework.
We understand that finding the perfect time for these appointments may not always align with your day off. In such cases, we recommend that you consider scheduling your appointments during breaks between classes.
I hope all of you are settling well in New Zealand. As we understand your busy schedules in managing and sorting out all things, we wanted to bring an important matter to your attention regarding scheduling appointments related to your banking, Inland Revenue Department (IRD), driver's license needs, etc.
We understand that finding the perfect time for these appointments may not always align with your day off. In such cases, we recommend that you consider scheduling your appointments during breaks between classes.
Please note that if you attend an appointment during a class day, you will be marked "ABSENT". I highly encourage you to keep your attendance at 100%. If, due to unforeseen circumstances, you are running late or anticipate being absent from class, please inform your lecturer as soon as possible to minimize any academic disruptions.
