Please review the requirements below and resend your details in the correct format.

1. Local Emergency Contact (New Zealand)
This should be a close friend or relative residing in New Zealand who can be contacted in case of emergency.
Please provide:
- Relationship to you
- Full name of contact person
- Residential address
- Phone number
- Email address
2. International Emergency Contact (Home Country)
This may be your parent, spouse, guardian, or another close family member in your home country.
Please provide:
- Relationship to you
- Full name of contact person
- Residential address
- Valid phone number
- Email address
